Lake Effect Snow Continues North of Syracuse
Heavy lake effect snows will continue to affect central and northern Oswego and northern Oneida counties this morning. Elsewhere it will be dry, but cold, with temperatures in the 20s.

(8 PM Thursday December 4) November has come to an end and it had a Jekyll & Hyde feel to it. There was unusual warm but also mid winter cold. To go along with this there was plenty of lake effect snow
