From your morning coffee to the juice you pack in your children's lunch, there's a lot of beverage options out there -- some healthier than others.

And Yahoo Health has compared different drinks in different categories, coming up with both the healthiest choice, and drinks you might want to avoid.

It's such a long list, we're breaking it down into two parts -- one Thursday, the other this time Friday morning.

Our first category is iced coffee. Yahoo says the Dunkin' Donuts Caramel Creme iced latte is a good choice.  It has only 260 calories, nine grams of fat, 40 grams of sugar.

Compare that to the Starbucks two-percent iced Dulce de Leche latte.  That has 420 calories, 16 grams of fat and more than 50 grams of sugar.

The next category -- protein shakes.  A healthier choice is the Slim Fast high protein extra cream strawberry shake.  That has a little under 200 calories, five grams of fat and 13 grams of sugar.

A not so good choice, Yahoo says, is the Boost Plus high protein strawberry shake.  It packs 240 calories, six grams of fat and 16 grams of sugar.

And how about kid's drinks.  A healthy choice is the Capri Sun tropical fruit Roarin' Waters drink.  It contains 35 calories and nine grams of sugar.

Compare that to Sunny D with calcium, which has four times as many calories and more than 30 grams of sugar.
