Yesterday we started our rundown of healthy versus unhealthy drinks. It was put together by Yahoo Health and went through several categories.
Yesterday we looked at iced coffees, kids' drinks and protein shakes, and how much fat, sugar and calories each had.
Today, there's three more categories to check out.
First is bottled beverages. Yahoo says a healthy choice is the Sobe Lean Blackberry Currant. A 20-ounce bottle has just 15 calories and two grams of sugar.
Compare that to Sobe Lizard Lava. A same-sized bottle has more than 20 times the calories -- 310 -- and nearly 40 times the sugar, at 77 grams.
Next up, energy drinks. A healthier option is Monster Lo-ball Java Monster coffee and energy. One can has 100 calories and eight grams of sugar.
Yahoo says you might want to avoid Rockstar Original. That packs almost three hundred calories and more than 60 grams of sugar.
And finally, the juice you pack in your child's lunch. Yahoo recommends Minute Maid multi-vitamin orange juice. It has 120 calories and 24 grams of sugar.
Compare that to Welch's grape juice and its 170 calories and 40 grams of sugar.
