 It can be intimidating to anyone to try to lose weight.  The best way to start is one step at a time.  Dietician Mary Henson of SUNY Upstate Medical University has given this Goal Setting form to our "9 Kids Challenge" team, to help them tackle the weight loss issue.  It's easy to follow, and may be of help to you.
