A tall, cold soda sure tastes sweet.  But it can really leave a sour look on your face when you realize what it can do to your weight.  Our 9 Kids Challenge dietician, Mary Henson of SUNY Upstate Medical University, has found a link to information you can find on-line that may shock you.  You can avoid more than 600 calories a day just by skipping those sweetened drinks!  Check it out at the link below.
