The extension of the next 12-week session has begun. The kids were given this opportunity to continue, with contingencies. They were really going to have to clean up their eating habits as a group.

All of the kids agreed to be responsible in making food choices that will initiate the positive change in their health that we are striving for. The group was very receptive to having homework assignments (for parents also) that are geared toward proper behavioral patterns with food, and the importance of timing and balancing macronutrients (carbohydrates, fats, and proteins).

The exercise program is in full-force as the group has begun doing some high-rep strength moves along with some elevated intensities for their functional cardio exercises. They continue to have responsibilities outside of the institute such as core training, flexibility training, and performing their 30 minutes of walking at a designated intensity.

The group has decided on a whole new set of goals surrounding performance and weight-loss and motivation is at an all-time high. We are excited to see the accelerated results expected during this 12 week session.
