Syracuse, New York (WSYR-TV) - The good news in this week’s What’s Going Around is there's not much illness out there right now.

Most pediatricians’ offices say the only epidemic they're seeing is for physicals.

The exceptions this week are Summerwood Pediatrics in Liverpool, where they're seeing stomach bug and viral rashes.

Wee Care Pediatrics in Cicero is also treating viral rashes.  They're also seeing kids with strep throat.

And at the emergency room at University Hospital, the stomach bug with a fever is going around in both children and adults.

What's Going Around is our way of letting you know what illnesses are out there.  Your doctor can tell you about the best treatments.
