Topping tonight's health headlines, a vitamin found in poultry could help patients dealing with Alzheimers Disease. There's no way of knowing if it would have the same effects on humans and scientists say they aren't ready to recommend taking the vitamin in large doses yet. Alzheimer's Disease affects around 5.2 million people in the United States. Researchers tested a form of Vitamin B3 on mice suffering from a rodent version of the disease and in large quantities, it was found to eliminate memory problems. The vitamin is found in things like pork, peanuts, turkey, chicken and veal.
