In tonight's Health Headlines, good news for diabetics. If you need stents to open your arteries, it turns out the more expensive drug coated stents are better.

A new study shows, the drug coated stents are more effective in reducing the risk of repeat surgical procedures, heart attack and death in patients with diabetes, compared to older, bare metal stents. Diabetics make up a third of all patients who undergo procedures to reopen blocked arteries.
