Also in tonight's Health Headlines, evidence that parenting a child with ADHD can take a toll on the marriage. A new study suggest parents of hyperactive kids are twice as likely as other parents to divorce by the time the child is eight.

The study by doctors at Suny Buffalo says the child's disruptive behavior doesn't itself cause marriages to fail, but instead increases tensions that could cause conflict.

In the study, 23% of parents with a child with ADHD divorced before their 8th birthday. That's in comparison with 13% of parents who had children without the disorder.

Not all researchers agree. A Canadian study last year found the divorce rate was no higher for parents of kids with ADHD.
