8 PM Saturday November 29th A mix of precipitation is still on track for Sunday afternoon and night over central New York. All but one of our computer models is suggesting a changeover to rain.
Messy End To The Weekend (11/28/08)
(8:30 PM Friday November 28th) Some more lake effect snow will fall tonight east of Lake Ontario. There could be 4-8" of new snow on the Tug Hill. One the lake effect ends Saturday our focus turns to a new storm for the end of the weekend.
Teske's Tidbits (11/27/08) Thanksgiving Leftovers
(8:30 PM Thursday November 27th) Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. Weatherwise we can be thankful there were no weather issues here in the Syracuse area. There was, however, lake effect snow over parts of Jefferson and Lewis Counties. Adams ended up with 8” just today.

Another Elevation Snowstorm (11/25/2008)
10:20 AM Tuesday, 11/25/2008 - Nearly 1/2" of liquid precipitation fell last night across CNY. In Syracuse, it started as snow, but changed to rain. Frankly, I was a bit surprised on the early changeover.
A Matter of Degrees (11/24/08)
1 PM Monday November 24th Precipitation is racing east toward central New York Monday afternoon and should arrive in Syracuse close to sunset. Temperatures are warming slower than expect which means snow tonight in lower elevations looks more likely.
Behaving More Like November (11/23/08)
8PM Sunday November 23rd After a mid winter chill the last few days, temperatures in central New York will moderate somewhat this week. Another headline from the upcoming week will be the clouds.
